Blissful Banana Fritters
1/2 tbsp Agave
2 scoops of Nobó (or equivalent dairy free ice cream)
Handful of walnuts – finely chopped
- Slice the bananas in half lengthways, heat a large pan with a heaped spoon of coconut oil – add the bananas and cook for 2-3 minutes a side until golden and crispy.
- Lower the heat and add the agave, coat the bananas in the syrup and cook until caramelized.
- Add the bananas to a bowl place the nobó on top and sprinkle with the walnuts.
- Serve and enjoy!!
If you’re feeling really bold why not add some melted dark chocolate and almond butter!!
