Asian Style Pulled Pork Salad

The perfect summer dish incorporating my Paleo Pulled Pork!


This recipe is Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Paleo & Whole 30 Approved.

1 Serving of warmΒ Pulled Pork
1 Serving of Asian Style Paleo Salad Dressing

Per person:

1/2 courgette, spiralized or julienned
2 radishes, finely sliced
Handful of rocket
Handful of mixed leaves
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
Small bunch of fresh coriander


With this salad everything is pretty much done ahead of time – its just a matter of arranging it on the plate before you dig in!

  1. Firstly, prep the Pork and the Dressing.
  2. Take a serving bowl and add the courgette in a small bundle.
  3. Next add the rocket and the mixed leaves.
  4. Scatter the radish on top.
  5. Then, pop a good helping of warm Pulled Pork on top of that.

  6. Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds over everything before pouring the dressing on top of the pork.
  7. Garnish with some fresh coriander and enjoy!
