I am all about the leftovers and transforming them into whole new dishes!
Lots of you have been enjoying the Katsu Curry from my book and the sauce can be used in so many ways!
To make this bad boy, head to PG 139 of my book, whip up a batch of the sauce. Shred some leftover Turkey meat, toss it in the curry sauce and serve in lettuce cups with some spring onions and sesame seeds to garnish.
