Baked Brussels Sprouts

I absolutely adore Brussels Sprouts! I can never understand why they have such a bad reputation! They are a definite staple in my day to day diet at the moment and I love coming up with new ways to enjoy them!

This recipe is Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan, Paleo & Whole 30 Approved!

250g Brussels Sprouts
2-3 tbsp dried Cranberries
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp coarse Salt

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200Β°c/392Β°F.
  2. Halve your Brussels Sprouts, place them in a baking tray and toss in the olive oil and sprinkle in the cranberries and coarse salt.IMG_0104
  3. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, tossing half way through until golden brown and cooked through.IMG_0186
