Pimped up Prawn Cocktail

Instructions

1. Top and tail the bulb of garlic, drizzle with some olive oil, and wrap in tin foil, bake in the oven at 200°C / 400°F for 30-40 minutes until the cloves are lightly browned and feel soft when pressed.
2. Allow the garlic to cool slightly before squeezing from the cloves and mixing into a paste.
3. In a large bowl add 1-2 spoons of the garlic paste, mayo, ketchup, hot sauce, paprika, and chili flakes, mix well and season to taste.
4. Heat a large pan with the truffle oil and add the prawns, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through.
5. Remove the prawns from the heat and place them into the sauce.
6. Mix well and serve with some fresh rocket leaves, garnishing with some extra chili flakes and sesame seeds.
7. Serve and enjoy!!
