Green beans are something that I’ve started to eat in the last week or so and I honestly cannot get enough of them – they are delicious!
This recipe is Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Paleo & Whole30.
Roasted Green Beans with Cranberries & Macadamias Print This
Instructions 1. Preheat your oven to 200°c/395°F.
2. In a large bowl toss the green beans and garlic in the olive oil.
3. Lay out on a baking tray and sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
4. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, flipping occasionally.
5. Remove from the oven add the grass fed butter/ghee, cranberries & macadamias and bake in the oven for a further 10-15 minutes until the cranberries are nice and plump. Serve and enjoy!
