Sesame Cauliflower

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 200°c/400°F.
2. Lay the cauliflower florets out on a baking tray, rub in the olive oil and sprinkle with some coarse salt and black pepper before placing into the oven.
3. Bake for approx 45 minutes, until golden and crispy turning halfway through.
4. In the meantime, whisk all of the sauce ingredients together and add them to a saucepan over medium heat. Allow the mixture to come to a boil before reducing to a simmer for 8-10 minutes until it is nice and thick.
5. When the cauliflower is cooked, toss in the sauce until fully coated.
6. Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds & spring onion and serve!
