Salmon – Avocado – Zoodles, this recipe for Herby Salmon & Zoodles is my 3 favourites all rolled into one!
If you have seen my Perfect Grilled Salmon video you’ll know I love quick and easy meals & popping salmon on my grill for 4 minutes is the business! Of course, now that we have warmer weather (at long last!) you can pop it on your BBQ for about 3 mins a side, or alternatively, I find that a grill/broiler works great too. Salmon is rich in high-quality protein and one of the best sources of the long-chain omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, I normally have it at least once a week – it’s one of my favourite fish.
