I adore turkey burgers of all types, adding Ballymaloe Relish to these is a total game changer, they’re so moist and delicious. Turkey burgers feature in my meal rotation pretty much every week so I’m constantly coming up with different spins on them. I usually have some sort of relish with them so I figured why not pop some into the mix and with that these babies were born!!
Any BBQ of your choosing will work great if you can’t get your hands on Ballymaloe, check out my Mum’s BBQ here!
