Pumpkin Baked Oats

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 180° C / 350 ° F.
2. In a small bowl add the egg, water, puree, vanilla and agave and whisk until combined before stirring in the oats. 
3. Grease a small ovenproof dish with the coconut oil. 
4. Pour the oat mixture into the dish, before halving the banana, carving out 2 triangles from each half and placing the banana on top of the oats. 
5. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, until the oats are fully cooked and cake-like. 
6. Remove from the oven and place the chocolate chips on the banana to create the ghost faces. 
7. Serve and enjoy with an extra drizzle of agave!
