Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Meat-free Monday’s just got even better with these insanely delicious Buffalo Cauliflower Bites – I’ll be honest I ate the whole batch – you definitely won’t want to share!!!!!


This recipe is Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan, Whole30 & Paleo.

Half head of cauliflower
3 tbsp of your chosen oil, coconut or olive work best
Sprinkle of cayenne pepper
Sprinkle of coarse salt
1/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
Celery sticks to serve


  1. Preheat your oven to 210°c/400°F.
  2. Separate the cauliflower into florets.
  3. Lay out on a baking tray ensuring each piece has enough room, you don’t want to over crowd the tray and end up with mush!
  4. Drizzle the oil over the cauliflower and toss it in it until each piece is nicely coated.
  5. Sprinkle the cayenne pepper and salt over the top and place in the oven.IMG_0032
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden and crispy turning half way through.
  7. Put the hot sauce in a large bowl, remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss in the hot sauce.FullSizeRender
  8. Serve with some celery sticks & Enjoy!
