It’s been a while since I’ve shared a complete meal – this one is a serious crowd pleaser, super simple and looks super impressive – take note anyone who may be thinking ahead to home-cooked Valentine’s meals!
I adore harissa paste, it’s incredible on chicken thighs, in turkey burgers – you name it, it really just brings a new dimension of flavour to a dish without the hassle of peeling and chopping! You know me – anything to save on the washing up!
(Of course, you could make your own paste – but ain’t nobody got time for that!)*
*I say this now but you’ll definitely find me giving my own version a go in a couple of weeks or so…!
