This recipe is Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan & Paleo.
10-15 Almonds
Small handful of Goji Berries
Small handful of Pumpkin Seeds
100g 85% or above dark chocolate
Small sprinkle of coarse sea salt
Method:
- Lay a large piece of parchment on a cool surface.
- Melt the chocolate and place it in a piping bag.
- Pipe large circles of chocolate onto your parchment.
- Once you have used up all of the chocolate, scatter the buttons with the almonds, goji berries and pumpkin seeds.
- Finally, sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Leave on the cool surface until set & enjoy!
