Giant Chocolate Buttons

The perfect treat to have on hand for during the week! Giant Chocolate Buttons!

This recipe is Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan & Paleo.

10-15 Almonds
Small handful of Goji Berries
Small handful of Pumpkin Seeds
100g 85% or above dark chocolate
Small sprinkle of coarse sea salt

Method:

  1. Lay a large piece of parchment on a cool surface.

  2. Melt the chocolate and place it in a piping bag.
  3. Pipe large circles of chocolate onto your parchment.

  4. Once you have used up all of the chocolate, scatter the buttons with the almonds, goji berries and pumpkin seeds.

  5. Finally sprinkle with coarse salt.
  6. Leave on the cool surface until set & enjoy!
