If you’re like me you are currently still working your way through a mountain Christmas leftovers, then this recipe is exactly what you need! A very unimaginative name but trust me when I say it is delicious!
This recipe is Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Paleo & Whole30!
2 thick slices of baked ham, cut into small cubes with the fat left on
A large handful of mixed greens, I went for shredded cabbage
10-15 Brussels sprouts, halved
1 tbsp olive oil
Small pinch of coarse salt
1/4 tsp chipotle chili flakes
2 tbsp Frank’s Red Hot
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 200°c/392°F.
- In a large oven proof dish add the ham and greens, drizzle over the olive oil and toss til coated.
- Sprinkle the chipotle and salt on top before baking in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the sprouts are cooked to your liking – tossing half way through.
- Remove from the oven, stir in the hot sauce and serve!
