I treated myself to a waffle maker a few weeks ago and I cannot get enough of them! They take 2 minutes to whip together and 3 minutes to cook – perfect for a leisurely weekend breakfast pilled high with all of the toppings!

The Ultimate 5 Minute Waffles

- 20g of your chosen protein powder (I went for That Protein)
- 1 medium egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions
- Heat your waffle pan (adding a touch of oil if needed).
- Combine all of the ingredients bar the water in a bowl.
- Gradually add the water until the mixture is to your desired thickness.
- Add to your waffle iron and cook for 3 minutes, or until fully cooked to your liking.
- Serve and enjoy with a glorious mountain of your favourite toppings!
