Baked Turkey Meatballs perfectly moist and utterly delicious!
I adore turkey mince and am constantly coming up with new and exciting ways to cook it, whether it’s burgers, meatballs, bolognese, hashes – you name it! This recipe landed as a result of hoping to save on the washing up and that it does!!

Baked Turkey Meatballs

- 300g lean turkey mince
- 4 shallots, finely diced
- 1/2 courgette, grated
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 heaped tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Large pinch coarse salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°c/360°F.
- In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Portion out the mixture, roll into balls and place on a baking tray.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until fully cooked and golden. Serve and enjoy!
