I’ve recently discovered sumac and I absolutely love it – it’s fantastic with seafood and now it’s made it’s way into my breakfast with these delicious Sumac Eggs!
“Baking” eggs on the hob is my latest trick – they’re ready in next to no time – no waiting on the oven to heat up and no risk of burning your hands taking the pan out of the oven, which I’m not proud to say has happened to me more times than I can count!! The hob is the future people – enjoy it!
