Falafel Sliders, I’ll be honest I was a slow adopter to the infamous falafel – I just didn’t get what all of the fuss was about! HOWEVER, now that I am an avid chickpea fan, (I just can’t get enough!) I decided to finally give them a go and I must admit they are delish!
You’ll most likely have already read how I have moved away from eating strictly paleo, adopting for the food freedom approach where I have found the perfect balance and now eat a much wider variety of amazing foods.
