Dry Rub Chicken Wings

You asked and I listened!! These Dry Rub Chicken Wings are a thing of great beauty… in the taste department that is! It’s no secret that I adore chicken wings they are my ultimate no-frills treat food!

This recipe is Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Paleo & Whole30.

Dry Rub Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • pinch chipotle chilli flakes
  • pinch coarse salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°c/ 425°F.
  2. Pat dry your chicken wings with some paper towel.
  3. In a bowl combine all of the spices with coarse salt & toss in the chicken wings.
  4. Once the wings are covered in the rub place on a wire cooking rack. 
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, until cooked through.
  6. Turn your oven to the grill/broiler function & grill on high for a further 5 minutes until the skin is, golden, crispy & delicious!
  7. Serve and enjoy!
