Ridiculously good Irish Ribeye Steak

Ingredients

• 2 Irish ribeye steaks, cut into strips
• 1 red onion, finely sliced
• 2 peppers, finely sliced
• Large handful of Irish mushrooms, finely sliced
• 4 spring onions, finely sliced
• Olive oil
• Coarse sea salt and cracked black pepper
• For the sauce: 2 tsp arrowroot powder
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 4 cloves of garlic, minced
• 2 inches of ginger, grated
• 2 chilies, finely sliced
• 1 cup of soy sauce (tamari for GF)
• 2 tbsp honey
