This is the perfect recipe to get you back on track after Christmas! Porridge is such a brilliant meal to start off your day with and baking the oats really changes it up!
This recipe is Gluten Free & Dairy Free.
45g gluten free oats
1 tbsp agave
1 tsp vanilla essence
75 ml of water
1 egg
35g raspberries
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 200°c/ 392°F.
- In a large bowl whisk together all of the liquids.
- Stir in the oats and whisk together until the mixture is combined.
- Place in an ovenproof dish, scatter the raspberries on top.
- Bake in the oven for 25-35 minutes until fully cooked to your liking, enjoy!
