Hello and welcome to my first post of 2019! It’s hard to believe that this time 5 years ago I was about to embark on my culinary journey and fall in love with CrossFit, little did I know that a few months down the line I would set up my Instagram account and eventually this little site!
I shared a post on Instagram on New Years Eve about how I do not undertake New Years Resolutions – rather I like to set goals for the year ahead. I’m never one for New Year, New Me when it comes to my diet either, but I will say this after Christmas I do enjoy getting back into a routine of eating nutritious meals that nourish my body. This recipe is the essence of my January eating habits – simple, fresh & full of colour. I hope you enjoy it!
