Honey & Bacon Sprouts

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 200°c/400°F.
2. In a large ovenproof dish lay out the sprouts and bacon, toss in oil and sprinkle with some salt. 
3. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. 
4. Remove the sprouts from the oven after 15 minutes and toss, before returning to the oven for a further 5. 
5. Remove the sprouts again, add the honey, sultanas, and nuts, mix thoroughly and bake in the oven for a further 5-10 minutes until the sprouts are nicely golden and the bacon is crispy. Enjoy!
