Healthy Ice Lollies

Healthy Ice Lollies made with coconut water and your favourite berries. With the weekend set to be a scorcher I thought it would be the perfect time to share these bad boys! They are super simple to put together and taste totally delicious. Great for cooling down on a hot day without any of the nasties of regular ice lollies. Definitely one kids will love to make and eat as well!


This recipe is Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan and Paleo.

1L Coconut Water
Your favourite berries; raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and even kiwis works great! What ever you are in the mood for!


  1. Slice up your fruit into small chunks.
  2. Place the fruit in Ice Lolly moulds, you go for combinations or do each one a different flavour – whatever you’re in the mood for!
  3. Pour in the coconut water, pop in the sticks and freeze until solid!
  4. Enjoy!
